Final Outside Flyer Distribution -- Flyers Due and Help Needed
The last outside flyer distribution of the school year will be on April 3. If you would like to submit a flyer for your after-school activity or other outside event, please submit 350 copies of the flyers to the CGES front office by Friday, March 29. Flyers must be in by the deadline in order for the team to include them in the final outside flyer distribution.Non-profit organizations can send flyers and informational materials home with students no more than four times during the year. Non-profit organizations must include the following disclaimer on each flyer:"These materials are neither sponsored nor endorsed by the Board of Education of Montgomery County, the superintendent, or this school."The Communication Packets Team can use help putting together flyer packets on April 1 at 9:00 am.
We'll meet in the Staff Lounge on April 1 at 9:00 am. Any amount of time you can help out would be appreciated.
