Student Athletic Packets will be online again this year. While we wait for all the information is updated, feel free to print out and use this Athletic Packet Physical Evaluation Form form for your child's doctor to sign off on. It will need to be completed and uploaded to the Aktivate account that you create to complete the rest of the athletic packet.

The $10.00 Non-Refundable Try-out fee is required for all sports through School Cash Online.
This fee is ONLY to try-out for a sport. Insurance try-out fees apply to ALL District High School Sports - any level.

Payment for Athletic Insurance is only accepted through School Cash Online. The try-out fee is paid only 1 time per school year.

Families of high school student-athletes are REQUIRED to submit an athletic packet, they can do so either on paper and turn the form in to their athletic director as they have in the past or register digitally through the Aktivate website. No Athletic Packet- No Try-out.

If your child has a successful try-out an additional $65.00 for "Secondary Athletic Insurance" will be required. This fee is also on School Cash Online only. (Please do no pay the secondary athletic insurance unless your child has officially made the team).
