BOOK FAIR VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!!

The Book Fair is back and we need your help for a successful week! Please click on the link to go to the Book Fair schedule. You will see the weekly schedule for the Book Fair.

If you are signing up to be a CASHIER, please fill in 2 or more hours of volunteer time. It takes time to learn the cash registers and any less than 2 hours isn’t really worth the time to train. If you don’t have at least 2 hours to volunteer, please sign up to be a SHOPPING ASSIST. This is a super fun role and you will help the kids choose books, manage the flow of traffic at recess/lunch, help restock the shelves, etc. We also need SETUP (October 13) and TEAR DOWN (October 20) helpers to physically setup and tear down the Book Fair.

The Book Fair is run by volunteers and if we don’t have enough parents sign up, we will have to close. If you have attended the Book Fair before, you know how crowded it can get – we need parents helping to manage the room. The goal is to be open as much as possible, so sign up now!

¡¡¡SE NECESITAN VOLUNTARIOS PARA LA FERIA DEL LIBRO!!!

¡La Feria del Libro está de vuelta y necesitamos tu ayuda para que sea una semana exitosa! Haz clic en el enlace para ver los horarios de la Feria del Libro. Verás el horario semanal de la Feria del Libro.

Si quieres apuntarte para ser CAJERO, por favor haz un hueco de por lo menos 2 horas de voluntario. Se necesita tiempo para aprender las cajas y menos de 2 horas realmente no vale la pena para ensenar. Si no tienes al menos 2 horas para ser voluntario, apuntate para ser ASISTENTE DE COMPRAS. Este es un rol súper divertido y estaras ayudando a los niños a elegir libros, manejar el flujo de tráfico en el recreo/almuerzo, ayudar a reabastecer los estantes, etc. También necesitamos ayudantes de PREPARACION (13 de octubre) y DESMONTAJE (20 de octubre) para montar y derribar la Feria del Libro.

La Feria del Libro está a cargo de voluntarios y si no tenemos suficientes voluntarios, tendremos que cerrar. Si ya ha asistido a la Feria del Libro, sabes lo llena que puede llegar a estar: necesitamos que los padres ayuden a dirigir el trafico de la sala. El objetivo es estar abierto lo más posible, ¡así que regístrete ahora!
