Our Village is Strong:
Get to know your school community, Las Palmas Meet and Eat offers or families an opportunity to get together outside the hectic routine of drop-offs and pick-ups.   This event is an arrangement with the restaurant to donate a percentage of eligible sales to Las Palmas PTA, which in turn helps support our AMAZING school.

How can I make sure a percentage of my bill is donated to the school?
Identify yourself as a participant in the fundraiser for Las Palmas Elementary School PTA.  Sometimes, just saying so is enough, but often the flier you receive sent home with the kids, which is usually also linked to the website, is required.

Is Family Night Out limited to Las Palmas students?
No, anyone can participate.  Make copies of the flier for friends, neighbors, grandparents, etc.  Extras are available in the office, or you can send a digital one from the website www.HolaLasPalmas.org.

How can I maximize the donation to the school?
Upload the receipt to Shoparoo and Communities for a Cause, it's Free Money for the School.

🌎 EARTH WEEK 🌲🌳🌿🌻🌼🌷

🌎 Earth Week will be April 17th - 21st.🌎

Next week is Earth Week. All children in all grade levels are invited to the garden party which will be held every day M-F during their lunch recess. This means that Earth Week activities will replace all weekly classroom garden hours. Parents are invited to attend any day during the hours of 11:00am and 1:30pm to volunteer. Teachers are also welcome to stop by at their convenience. There will also be a beach cleanup on Saturday for anyone that wants to participate. It begins at 9:00am at the North Beach trail head.

Along with these great Earth Week lunch activities, we also have our book drive.

We are looking for volunteers to help for an hour each day.

Additionally if anyone is available after school this Friday to help tape up the boxes that would be AMAZING!! Please go to the MPR!

I included the flyer and this link to sign up to help volunteer!
