This year’s Thanksgiving Feast will take place on Tuesday, November 26, 2019. This annual tradition is an opportunity for the children, teachers, and staff to come together to celebrate and Give Thanks. Due to the large size of this school-wide event, there are a limited number of volunteer opportunities. Since so many parents like to volunteer on this day, and we cannot accommodate them all, we will be entering all interested names into a lottery drawing. Names will be selected at this year’s Halloween Howl. You must be a PTO member to be part of the drawing. (You do not need to be present at the Howl to be selected, names will be posted online and email confirmations will be sent.) Volunteering means you will participate during set-up the night before (Monday, November 25th starting at 5:30 pm) and for serving and cleanup on Tuesday, November 20th starting at 8:30 am (you are expected to participate on both days). If you are interested in entering the Thanksgiving Feast Volunteer Lottery, please submit your information at the following link NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, OCTOBER 24TH AT 5PM. We will communicate the results of the lottery no later than Friday, November 1, 2019 . Please note that ONLY SELECTED VOLUNTEERS WILL BE PERMITTED ONTO THE SCHOOL CAMPUS DURING THIS EVENT.
