In the past few weeks Grades 2nd-5th have kicked-off this year’s Black-Eyed Susan Award program. The Black-Eyed Susan Award is given by the Maryland Association of School Librarians to the authors of the best children’s books in several categories. What makes this award special is that it is the children of Maryland’s votes that determine the winner!
