February Fitness Calendar Challenge
Fight off the freeze by joining us in completing the February Fitness calendar challenge. The teachers contributed videos to demonstrate each exercise, so join in and get moving!
Directions: Complete each day's new exercise for 20 seconds. Then, complete the previous day's exercises for 20 seconds each.
Build up your workout routine each day. On Friday, you are doing all the exercises for the week! Feel free to start fresh the next week OR continue to add on.
