UNITE F.A.Q.'s...

What is UNITE? A community-wide carnival organized by the 3 Lantana elementary schools (Blanton, Adkins, and E.P. Rayzor).

Why? To provide an awesome memory and experience for our students and community!

Is it a fundraiser? Yes! This greatly helps each school fund their many programs, free family activities, and events throughout the year.

Difference between wristbands and tickets? Wristbands are $25/ea pre-sale and used for unlimited games, inflatables, and 3 runs through the American Ninja Warrior Course. Tickets are $1/ea and used for Nothing Bundt Cakes, snack shack, Kona Ice truck and more.

Do I need to bring money? Yes, if you’d like to purchase more tickets, wristbands, or if you want to get something from one of the food trucks (they will not accept tickets).

Are there any discounts available? Yes, wristbands are $25 pre-sale and $35 at the event. Tickets also have a bonus – when you buy at least 40 you get 5 free! We encourage you to pre-purchase them through our website!

Does the money get shared? Sorta… All shirt sales, wristband sales, and ticket sales made before the event will stay with OUR SCHOOL! All purchases made at the event will be split evenly between the 3 schools. We encourage everyone to pre-purchase their wristbands and tickets ahead of time on our website!

I don’t know how much to buy? The most common purchase is a wristband for each student and a pack of 40 (you get 5 extra free) tickets shared with the family.

Can I buy more tickets/wristbands at the event? Yep! Wristbands will be $35 and tickets will be $1.

I pre-purchased wristbands and/or tickets, how do I get them? Beginning Wednesday, we will send home via backpack mail wristbands and tickets in an envelope labeled UNITE. All online orders received after school on Friday will be available at the ticket table/will-call.

Where should I park? Parking will be available on the north and east sides of Harpool and in the front half-circle. Extra parking is available in Juniper and Madison neighborhoods. Please be respectful of our neighbor’s properties if parking in neighborhoods.

What should I wear? Whatever you want! The forecast looks like it’ll be decent but a light jacket might not be a bad idea. We’d love to see you in your EP Rayzor spirit wear! We still have a few long-sleeve UNITE shirts available for purchase on our website too.

Is there security? Absolutely! Several Denton County Sheriffs will be there along with several of the schools’ Watch DOGS 

Are there bathrooms? Yes! Harpool has graciously allowed us to use their restrooms off the gym hallway in the back of the school.

What kind of inflatables will there be? Along with the super, duper long American Ninja Warrior course, there are also 20 inflatables, slides, and obstacle courses for little siblings and big kids.

What can little siblings or younger students do? We will have 5 special inflatables, slides, obstacle courses for our petite guests plus a ton of games to play!
