The PTA's Jessye Coleman Council hosted a Teacher of the Year Brunch on Thursday, March 6. We were so happy to honor Karla Rozier for all the amazing things she does for KSE inside and out of the classroom!  Teachers received flowers and a special gift and Cobb County School District Superintendent, Chris Ragsdale, spoke at the event.


At King Springs, the teachers and PTA teamed up to host a Volunteer Appreciation Brunch on Thursday, March 14. We love our volunteers and were excited to say thank you with a breakfast in their honor!  The PTA Executive Board helped Ms. Atkins and Mrs. Hannaford host this well-deserved appreciation event. Approximately 50 school & PTA volunteers joined us, and they were treated to amazing food provided by KSE teachers. Plus, Rev Coffee once again donated their amazing coffee to us. Attendees received a surprise gift -- a KSE logo-ed waterproof bag -- and we held a raffle for several gift cards and some spirit wear prizes.
