Fair Oaks Elementary offers a "Sock Shack" for local families who need socks and underwear.  They have run out of underwear and are nearly out of socks, and have asked the King Springs community to help them restock their supplies. 

They need new socks and new underwear in all sizes -- toddler through adult.

You can send donations to the KSE front office, and we will make sure they are delivered to these awesome students!

Hi, our names are Gina and Kyndra, and we’re students in a club called Girls Lead. Our club is about empowering girls and giving back to the community. One of our service projects is to
maintain the Sock Shack. Our Sock Shack is a small structure that Girls Lead built in 2017 outside of our school where families can grab the socks and underwear they need.

We would really appreciate if you could help us restock by sending us packs of NEW underwear or socks. Please don’t send us used underwear or socks, we want everything in mint-condition! We need them for our Sock Shack. We would also appreciate any donations to buy socks and underwear for the Shack. Thank you for listening to our suggestions and supporting families in our community.
