9:00-9:45 ~ 3rd Grade
9:45-10:30 ~ 1st Grade
10:35-11:20 ~ 2nd Grade
11:45-12:30 ~ 4th Grade
12:00-12:45 ~ Pre-K
12:15-1:00 ~ Kinder
12:45-1:30 ~ 5th Grade

To streamline the check-in process for our winter parties, and to save you time upon arriving at the school, you may RSVP ahead of time.  

If you RSVP via this Winter Party RSVP Form and you have had your driver’s license scanned into our Raptor system in the past, we will have your name on an RSVP list upon your arrival.  You will need to present your driver’s license to enter the building and to receive your visitor sticker that day.  The information you provide on the form must be the same as what is on your driver’s license that has previously been scanned into our Raptor system; otherwise, we will not be able to pull it up in advance.

Please complete the RSVP form by noon on Tuesday, December 13th. 

*NOTE: If you plan to attend the party, but you have never had your driver’s license scanned into our Raptor system (for example, you have only been in with a passport), there is no need for you to complete the RSVP form. You may still attend, but you will need to show your government-issued picture ID (driver’s license, passport, etc) to enter the building and again to one of the ladies at the front office computers.*

Please note that NCE students are not allowed to be pulled from class (or checked out of school and return later in the day) to attend a sibling’s winter party. Also please note that junior high and high school students are not permitted to miss school to attend elementary winter parties.
