The PTO has two open Committee Chair volunteer positions for next year. Read the descriptions below to see if you are interested in learning more about volunteering as a PTO Committee Chair in 2020-21, and then email our PTO Volunteer Coordinator, Kathryn Goodfellow, at reaviewvolunteers@gmail.com.


Grandparents Day Chair(s)
This event was canceled during the 2019-20 school year, therefore we would like to host this event for the first time in 2020-21. The responsibilities would include planning the event, drafting communication to promote the event, organizing volunteers to help (as needed), and supervising/managing logistics on the day of the event.


Munga Punga Program Coordinator
Munga Punga is a 6-week online summer program that provides 50+ S.T.E.A.M projects for K-6 students. In addition to providing valuable content for summer learning, this program serves as a fundraiser with Rea View earning half of all the proceeds. We are looking for a volunteer to serve as the coordinator for our Munga Punga program for the 2020-21 school year. The responsibilities will be to work with Munga Punga to set up Rea View's sale and advertise the program through the PTO's newsletter and website.

We are also beginning to look for Committee Members to help some of our new PTO Chairs.

Father Daughter Dance Committee Members
The Father Daughter Dance has become a tradition at Rea View, and is well loved by all of our fathers and their daughters. The two new chairs, Dania Tuzuner and Gina Wilkie would love to start signing-up  committee members to help them plan and organize the dance (hire vendors, plan and purchase decorations, collect food donations, and help on the day of the dance).
