PTA Volunteer Information-

Magic Garden: school garden run by students, parents and teachers.

• planting vegetables year round
• assemble greenhouses in the winter 
• assist in activities and the planting schedule
• help with clean up days

Popcorn Fridays: first Friday of the each month school Popcorn sales for 5th Grade 

• fill bags
• distribute popcorn to classrooms

Fall Festival: a fun time for families to come together for food, friends, and games.  

• set-up and clean up 
• run booths 
• Assist silent auction areas and baskets 
• Assist on committees 

Donuts with Grownups: Come out early and celebrate your family.  Have a fun breakfast item before school starts, take photos, and enjoy time with your people.

Book Fair: a spring school fundraiser provided by Scholastic Book Fair.  Students and parents can shop during school and enjoy discovering new books.

• pack up book fair items once event is over 
• create teacher wish lists
• assist students while they are shopping (during school hours)
• run the cash register, and restock shelves

Earth Day: an outdoor, multi-event activity including health promotion, a garden activity, and education about the renewing and caring for the Earth.  Students participate as a class with their teachers.

Wrangler Funtastic: an end of year event for the entire school.  Students enjoy bounce houses, games, and fun to wrap up the school year and get ready for summer.

• Collect orders and deliver to classrooms

Boosterthon: 

• Assist in set up and clean up

Meet The Teacher Night Committee: families visit new teachers and classrooms for upcoming school year 

• Setting up stations in the cafeteria 
• Cleaning up
• Assisting new families to classrooms and where to go 
• Coordinates set up for school T-shirt chair, spirit gear distribution, PTA Membership Enrollment, and Fall Festival Sponsorships
