Our PTO depends on people like YOU to volunteer at our events so that they are successful!  In order to be a volunteer at a PTO event during the school day, or if you want to volunteer in the school (field trip chaperone, library volunteer, mileage club volunteer, volunteering in your child's classroom), you MUST have be an approved volunteer.  To become a volunteer, please submit the following background check and application using the directions below.

Please keep in mind that when we get closer to an event, we tend to have a lot of volunteers suddenly need approval.  This especially happens for when we need volunteers for our Holiday Store.  Be proactive, and send in your volunteer application today!

Every volunteer must complete a new background check every two years.  So if you were approved last school year (2022-2023) you are approved for this school year.  

How to complete a background check and volunteer application:
1. On our homepage, go to "Documents."
2. Go to "General Information."
3. Click on "East Windsor Schools Volunteer Application."
4. You can fill out the Background Check form on your computer, print it, and sign it.  You can either scan it and save to your computer, or take a picture of it with your phone and save to upload in the next step.
5. Complete the Google Form in the background check letter.  This is where you'll upload your form.  Click submit and you will hear back from the East Windsor Central Office within a few days.
