Do you want to bring the fun to Rea View? Are you a planner? Then chairing the Basket Raffle for Rocky's Spring Fling Committee might be just right for you. 

We are looking for a someone to coordinate the Basket Raffle at next year's (2024) Spring Fling.  Signing up now, allows you to be involved this year so you can learn the ropes.

Basic requirements of Rocky's Spring Fling Basket Raffle Chair include...

• Planning the baskets themes and items
• Purchasing items and baskets 
• Creating a SignUpGenius to request item donations from parents (if needed)
• Manage basket raffle budget
• Request reimbursements from the PTO Treasurer
• Working with the Sponsorship Chair to coordinate in-kind donations
• Working with the PTO Webmasters to sell raffle tickets online
• Distribute raffle tickets sold online to students prior to the event
• Put baskets together with committee members
• Supervising and coordinating the baskets on the day of the event, including delivery of baskets, set-up, and clean-up
• Keeping the VP of Family Fun up to date on basket progress

We do have another committee chair (your co-chair) who will plan, organize and run the event's activities (such as Bingo for the kids, food truck vendors, etc.).
