The mission of Rea View's PTO is to promote the well-being of Rea View Elementary School’s students, staff, parents, guardians, and school by providing volunteer assistance and funding to support Rea View Elementary, and planning and organizing fundraising, enrichment, and community activities and events. In order to accomplish this, Rea View has a very active PTO Executive Board, committee chairpersons, and a large pool of parent volunteers who support our school in so many ways. In each year of our operation the Rea View PTO has had successful fundraising initiatives which have enabled us to provide school campus improvements and beautification, fund teacher and students instructional materials, fund staff development for teachers, host staff appreciation events, provide treats for the staff, host family fun events, purchase a class t-shirt for each student and teacher, purchase agendas for all students, and much more!

There are many ways parents can volunteer their time to support our school, including participating in PTO committees such as Room Parents, Read with Rocky, Family Fun, Staff Appreciation, Fundraising, Spirit, Copy Pool, Media Center, Auditing, Run for the Ridge 5K, Teacher Book Room, Website/Newsletter, School Rewards, Welcoming Committee, and C.A.R.E./Community Service. Parents can also support Rea View by participating in our Donate Your Way at Rea View Fundraiser Program, which gives parents two options for donating to their child's school. We also participate in several easy School Rewards Programs from businesses, such as Box Tops for Education, Harris Teeter Together in Education, Publix Partners, and Coca-Cola Give.
