Classes start at 7:45 am, so students who are not at their desks by that time are considered late.  We count with your help ensuring your children are at school every day on time. 

Las clases comienzan a las 7:45 am. Los estudiantes que no están en sus escritorios a esa hora son considerados con llegada tarde. Contamos con su apoyo asegurando que sus hijos estén en la escuela a tiempo todos los días.  

-Please remember that all Tuesdays are our weekly minimum day. School is dismissed at 12:45 every Tuesday and 12:35 for kindergarten. Pick up locations and procedures remain the same.

Por favor, recuerden que todos los martes son nuestro día mínimo semanal. La hora de salida es a las 12:45 todos los martes y a las 12:35 para Kinder. El lugar de recoger y los procedimientos siguen siendo los mismos.

SAFETY/SEGURIDAD

Please remember For everyone’s safety, we ask our families who walk to school to cross from the Mission side with the crossing guard.  We still see too many parents crossing on Spring St.   Using the marked crosswalk helps keep  our students and families safe and traffic can flow easier.

We also ask that we remember our children are watching us and that we are their role models for the behavior expectations:  Always be respectful, responsible, and ready to learn. We have received reports of parents using curse words towards other parents in front of our children and we ask everyone to maintain civility at all times, especially in front of our children. REMEMBER TO ALWAYS RESPECT THE LINES ALREADY FORMED FOR DROP OFF AND DISMISSAL.CUTTING LINES IS NOT ALLOWED.

Por la seguridad de todos, les pedimos que caminen a la escuela cruzando del lado de la Misión y no por la calle Spring. Todavía vemos muchas personas cruzando por la calle Spring. Al cruzar por la Misión nuestros estudiantes y familias están más seguros y el tráfico puede fluir más rápidamente.  

Es muy importante recordar que nuestros niños nos están observando y somos su modelo a seguir para las expectativas de comportamiento: Ser respetuosos, responsables y listos para aprender. Hemos recibido reportes de padres usando groserías hacia otros padres y les pedimos mantener las reglas de comportamiento civil siempre presentes y sobre todo enfrente de nuestros niños.  RECUERDEN SIEMPRE RESPETAR LAS LÍNEAS QUE YA SE HAN FORMADO PARA LA LLEGADA Y SALIDA DE LA ESCUELA. NO SE PERMITE “CORTAR” LAS LÍNEAS.
