Hello 5th Grade Families!

The 5th grade promotion committee has been hard at work planning year end festivities for our soon to be graduates.

You can:

• Pay your $25 family promotion fee here!*
  The Committee is still collecting $25 per 5th grader to supplement our budget for all the fun things planned. Thank you to every family that has contributed so far. 
  
  
• Complete this form by 6/3 for the slideshow that will play at the Promotion Ceremony.
  
  
• Sign up to volunteer during Promotion Week.
  
  
• RSVP for the Promotion Ceremony. This applies to all family members & guests  planning to attend.

• Pick up your yard sign from the front office, if you ordered one and have not already picked up.
  
  
• Check out the event info below!

*If preferred, you can send cash or check (payable to Arnold Elementary PTA) to your homeroom teacher. Please be sure to label with your child's name.

Tues. 6/4 - Tie Dye and Water Games

• The tee-shirts for the tie-dying will be provided.
• Have your child bring a change of clothes, a towel for after school, and a plastic bag for wet clothes.

Wed. 6/5 - Extra Fun Rotation Stations

Thurs. 6/6 - Picnic and Family Kickball Game, 12 - 2p

• Please join us for this fun event with our 5th graders. Bring a picnic lunch for 5th graders & adults then get ready for a game of kickball. Popsicles after! 
• Please do not bring any other children to this event.

Fri. 6/7 - Promotion Ceremony 🎓 at 1:00 p.m.

• For all visitors planning to attend: The school emailed this RSVP form to families so that you can RSVP. It includes the school policy and recommendations on how to make it hassle-free for you.
• The Promotion ceremony itself is very informal. Families are welcome but please note that this is mainly a standing event. There will only be a few chairs set up.

Tues. 6/11 - Pool Party at Chase Creek, 1 - 3 p

• This is a drop off event at Chase Creek Pool -unless you are signed up to volunteer.

We are so excited to make this experience the best ever for our children.  If you would like to join the committee please email the committee chair, Polly Offutt (polly.offutt@gmail.com).  It takes a lot of work to put on these events, so please consider volunteering a little of your time.
